RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED:

Healed results vary from person to person. There are several factors that affect the healing process that WINKS + WHIMS has no control over (ex. how you take care of your tattoo, how your skin heals and retains pigment). There is absolutely no guarantee with healed results, additional touchups may be required to achieve your optimal look and result. Tattooing is an art, not a science.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Appointments for all services can only be made via our online booking system. We do not book any appointments in person, over the phone, or via email.

DEPOSIT:

​

All cosmetic tattoo appointments require a $100 (+GST) deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable. The amount is deducted from the final cost. If you cancel or miss your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

All injection appointments require a $50 (+GST) deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable. The amount is deducted from the final cost. If you cancel or miss your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

Fine line tattoo and permanent jewelry are not currently requiring deposits. If you are unable to make your appointment, please email info@winkswhims.com as soon as possible. We respect your time, please respect ours.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We require 48 hours of notice to reschedule an appointment. If you choose to cancel your deposit will be automatically forfeited. Please contact us if you are not able to make your appointment or if you are going to be late.

NO SHOWS:

​

The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and an additional $50 fee will be applied to rebook. We respect your time, please respect ours. 

 

RESCHEDULING:

​

We are more then happy to reschedule your appointment when given 48 hours notice. All reschedules must be made within 90 days of your original appointment. Our email is open 24 hours.

BROWS TATTOOED OUTSIDE OF WINKS + WHIMS:

​

Touchup rates are for WINKS + WHIMS clients only. If your brows were previously tattooed elsewhere, regular rates will apply.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept cash, credit or debit. GST is applied to all services.

Rates are subject to change at anytime. The price of your appointment when you booked will remain the same.
